Roles and Permissions

Clean Claims allows you to set different roles and permissions per user. Each role has specific allowances. Here are the prescribed permissions accordingly.

  1. ORGADMIN
    • Full control over the organization, including user management, settings, and subscriptions. Manages all project and organization settings, media, and sensor management. This includes:
      • Shop Sensors/Purchase
      • Credits
        • Subscription management and Onetime purchase
      • Uploaded Media View
      • Organization Settings
        • Users
        • Contact Information
        • Integrations
      • Project Configuration
        • Settings and Documents
        • Custom Scope Items
        • Scope Pricing
        • Scope Macros
        • Upload Scope Items
      • Sensors
        • Shop Sensors
        • Manage Sensors
  2. MULTIORGADMIN
    • If you are managing multiple locations, we can grant you a multiorg Admin access. This will give you all the OrgAdmin permissions but will allow you to switch between the different organizations within Clean Claims. This role needs to be granted by our support team. Please contact support@cleanclaims.com or enter a support ticket in the helpdesk portal.
  3. ADMIN (Project Admin)
    • Manages projects, including settings and tasks, without access to organization-wide admin settings. Suitable for project or area managers.
  4. USER
    • General access to assigned projects, including viewing and adding content. Typically for field technicians and general users of Clean Claims
  5. TEMP
    • Limited to specific projects, similar to USER, but only sees assigned projects. This can be used to grant a potential third-party user access to your project in Clean Claims, without being part of your organization.
  6. SALES
    • Can initiate new projects and handle sales-related activities in the Sales Call of a project.
  7. VIEWER
    • View-only access, needing assignment to specific projects. Ideal for external stakeholders like homeowners or insurance adjustors.

Each role is tailored to ensure proper access control within Clean Claims, balancing functionality and security.
